Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with NEFFEX. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped (whichever is earlier).

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.


2. How to Cancel

Please mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required if the order is cancelled before dispatch.


4. Order Cancellation by NEFFEX

NEFFEX reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled:

  • After shipment

  • For customized or personalized products

  • For special sale or clearance items (if mentioned)
