1. Return Policy

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, invoices, and packaging intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (if not reported at delivery time)

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at storeneffex@gmail.com

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos (if product is damaged/defective)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong products delivered

  • Size replacement (subject to availability)


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
